Patricia Perez-Garcia

Patricia Perez – Garcia is the founder and Managing Partner of Orion Title & Escrow, LLC.  Born and raised in Caracas – Venezuela,  she studied at Jose Maria Vargas University where she earned her B.A in Business Administration.

Patricia migrated to the United States when she was only 24 yrs old, She’s happily married and proud mother  of 3 amazing boys.

Mrs Perez – Garcia started her real estate career in 2004 initially as a successful Real Estate Agent and later in an effort to create her own brand and take into effect her entrepreneurship capabilities,  she decided to open her own company partnering with 2 of the most successful professionals she knew.

She’s now in charge of a successful title company, ORION TITLE & ESCROW LLC,   a fully licensed, bonded and insured title company which does residential and commercial closings for Old Republic Title Insurance Company, one of  the largest underwriters  in the United States.
