Manuel Diner

Mr. Diner is one of the founders and counsel  to ORION TITLE & ESCROW LLC his law firm and is engaged in a transactional practice involving real estate matters, business and commercial matters, landlord/tenant matters, drafting of wills and trusts and probate and administration of estates. His more than 43 years of experience in real estate matters has given him the expertise to represent clients in a wide variety of matters, including investment and development of commercial properties, residential and commercial closings, title examinations, drafting and negotiation of commercial and shopping center leases, condominium development, loan transactions for banking clients. Additionally, Mr. Diner provides representation in structuring of new businesses, purchase and /or sale of existing businesses, as well as drafting of wills and trusts and representation of interested parties in probate and estate administration procedures.

In addition to his professional career, Mr. Diner is involved in many not-profit organizations in the community.
